Refund policy

We offer a 7-day return policy — you have 7 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be unused, uninstalled, and in its original condition and packaging, with your order confirmation or invoice.

To start a return, contact us on WhatsApp or call +91 7490876625, or email help@buildenza.in. Once approved, we'll arrange pickup from your site — please don't send items back without requesting a return first.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order on delivery and let us know immediately — within 4 hours — if an item is defective, damaged, or wrong, so we can resolve it fast.

Exceptions
Items that are used, installed, or altered (cut pipes/wires, applied paint or adhesive, fitted hardware) cannot be returned. Custom-tinted paint orders and hazardous items (thinners, solvents, flammable adhesives) are also non-returnable once dispatched.

Refunds
Once we've inspected your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 3 days of approval.
