OVERVIEW
buildenza.in is operated by Buildenza Infra Solutions Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," "our," "Buildenza"). We sell building materials — electrical, paints, plumbing, bathroom fittings, tools, interior & furniture products, and tiling products — directly to you through this website and via WhatsApp/phone orders, for delivery within our serviceable zones in Hyderabad. Buildenza is an inventory e-commerce entity under Indian law: we buy from authorized dealers and sell to you ourselves; we don't run a marketplace of third-party sellers. By visiting this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use our Services.

SECTION 1 — DEFINITIONS
To keep this simple: "Services" means this website, our WhatsApp/phone ordering, and delivery of products to you. "Order" means a purchase request you place with us. "Products" means the building materials we sell. "You" means anyone browsing the site or placing an order.

SECTION 2 — WHO CAN USE THIS SITE
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract under Indian law to place an order with us. Please don't use the site for any unlawful purposes, and don't try to transmit viruses or malicious code through it. If you violate these Terms, we may immediately terminate your access to the Services.

SECTION 3 — GENERAL CONDITIONS
We can refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any lawful reason — for example, suspected fraud or repeated policy violations. Your payment details are always encrypted when sent to us. Please don't copy, resell, or repurpose any part of our website or content without our written permission. Section headings in these Terms are for readability only and don't control the meaning of the section.

SECTION the meaning of ACCURACY OF INFORMATION
We try hard to keep product descriptions, prices, and availability accurate and up to date. That said, mistakes can happen, and information on this site shouldn't be your only source for critical technical decisions — always double-check manufacturer specifications for anything load-bearing, electrical, or safety-related. We may change site content at any time without notifying you of every update.

SECTION 5 — CHANGES TO OUR SERVICES AND PRICES
We may add, modify, or discontinue any part of our Services at any time, and prices are subject to change without notice. We won't be liable to you or anyone else for making these changes — but any order you've already placed and paid for will be honored at the price you paid.

SECTION 6 — OUR PRODUCTS
We do our best to show product colors and images accurately, but colors on your screen may appear slightly different from real life—this is a display limitation, not a product defect. We may limit how much of a product we sell to any one person or area, and we may discontinue any product at any time. Our products are meant for use in construction, renovation, and interior work by contractors, tradespeople, and homeowners — including for your own commercial or project work, not just personal use.

SECTION 7 — PRODUCT DISCLOSURES FOR PACKAGED GOODS
For pre-packaged products we sell (paints, wall putty, adhesives, and similar items), our listings show the manufacturer's or brand's name and address, the net quantity in the package, and the MRP inclusive of applicable tax, so you know exactly what you're buying before you order.

SECTION 8 — FAIR TRADE PRACTICES
We won't advertise a product in a way that misrepresents what it actually is, and we treat all customers placing comparable orders equally—we don't manipulate pricing or availability to unfairly disadvantage any particular customer.

SECTION 9 — ORDERS
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation with a reference number. We may refuse or cancel any order — including those that look fraudulent, use invalid payment details, or request unusually large quantities we can't fulfill — and we'll try to notify you at the contact details on your order if we do. Buildenza operates on a cash-and-carry basis: full payment is due at the time you place your order, via cash, UPI, bank transfer, credit or debit card, or digital wallet. We don't currently offer credit, invoicing, or buy-now-pay-later. All prices shown include applicable GST unless stated otherwise, and we don't add hidden charges at checkout — what you see is what you pay.

SECTION 10 — CANCELLATIONS
You may cancel an order free of charge within 15 minutes of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been dispatched for delivery. After that window, or once your order is out for delivery, we may not be able to accommodate a cancellation given how quickly we dispatch orders. If we need to cancel your order for any reason on our end (e.g., an item turns out to be out of stock), you won't be charged, and any payment already made will be refunded in full.

SECTION 11 — DELIVERY
Our pincode checker shows estimated delivery times for your area — as fast as 60 minutes in our core zone, up to 120 minutes in outer zones. These are honest estimates based on distance and typical traffic, not guarantees, and can vary based on real-time traffic, order size, and product availability. We only deliver within the zones shown on our checker; please confirm yours before ordering.

SECTION 12 — FORCE MAJEURE
We won't be held responsible for delays or failures in delivering our Services caused by events beyond our reasonable control — things like natural disasters, extreme weather, government restrictions, strikes, or major road closures. We'll do our best to keep you informed and resume normal service as quickly as we can.

SECTION 13 — OPTIONAL TOOLS AND THIRD-PARTY LINKS
We sometimes use or link to third-party tools — payment processors, WhatsApp, mapping services — that we don't control. Using these is at your own risk and subject to their own terms; we're not responsible for their content or performance.

SECTION 14 — FEEDBACK
If you send us feedback, suggestions, or reviews, you're giving us permission to use them (for example, in marketing or to improve our Services) without any payment or confidentiality obligation on our part. Please make sure that anything you send us doesn't infringe on anyone else's rights or violate any laws.

SECTION 15 — PERSONAL INFORMATION
We handle your personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and our Privacy Policy. You have the right to see what data we hold about you, correct it, ask us to delete it, or withdraw your consent to our use of it — email us to exercise any of these rights.

SECTION 16 — ERRORS AND CORRECTIONS
If we spot a pricing or listing error, we may correct it and adjust or cancel any affected order — including one you've already placed — and we'll let you know if this affects you.

SECTION 17 — PROHIBITED USES
Please don't use our site or Services to break the law, infringe anyone's rights, harass or defame anyone, submit false information, spread malware, scrape or spam our site, or try to bypass our security. We may restrict or end your access if you do any of these things.

SECTION 18 — PRODUCT WARRANTIES AND GUARANTEES
The Service and products are provided "as is," with warranties limited to what Indian law requires or what we've expressly stated here. For any product that carries a manufacturer's warranty or guarantee, that warranty comes from the manufacturer, not from Buildenza. If you have trouble getting a response from the manufacturer on a valid warranty claim, contact us — we'll step in to help resolve it, including facilitating a replacement, as long as you reach out within the manufacturer's stated warranty period. We're a supplier of materials, not an installer, and we're not responsible for how products are used, applied, or installed after we've delivered them. To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect losses like lost profits or project delays; our total liability for any order is limited to what you paid for that order.

SECTION 19 — INDEMNIFICATION
If your breach of these Terms or misuse of our Services causes a claim against us from someone else, you agree to cover our reasonable costs, including legal fees, in defending against it.

SECTION 20 — ASSIGNMENT
You can't transfer your rights or obligations under these Terms to someone else without our written permission. We may transfer ours — for example, if Buildenza is acquired or restructured — without needing your consent, though your rights under these Terms will stay the same.

SECTION 21 — SEVERABILITY
If a court finds any part of these Terms unenforceable, that part will be removed, and the rest will continue to apply in full.

SECTION 22 — TERMINATION
You're free to stop using our Services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if we reasonably believe you've broken these Terms — you'll still owe us for anything you've ordered up to that point.

SECTION 23 — RESOLVING DISPUTES
If a disagreement arises, please get in touch with us at help@buildenza.in — most issues can be resolved directly and quickly. If we can't resolve it that way, the dispute will be handled under the laws of India, in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana.

SECTION 24 — ENTIRE AGREEMENT
These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between us regarding the use of our Services and replace any prior discussions or agreements on the subject.

SECTION 25 — GOVERNING LAW
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

SECTION 26 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting the new version here. Please check back periodically — continuing to use our Services after a change means you accept the update.
