What payment methods does Buildenza accept?

Buildenza is cash-and-carry — full payment at the time of order via cash, UPI, bank transfer, credit or debit card, or digital wallet. Buildenza does not currently offer credit or deferred payment.

Does Buildenza sell cement or steel?

Not yet. Today's catalog covers electrical, paints, plumbing, bathroom fittings, tools, interior & furniture products (including plywood), and tiling products. Cement, gypsum plaster, AAC block jointers, and false ceiling materials are on the near-term roadmap.

What is Buildenza's return and replacement policy?

Materials can be returned within 20 working days. Damaged or missing items must be reported within 4 hours of delivery so the issue can be resolved quickly.

DELIVERY TIMEFRAME
Orders placed between 9:00 AM and 9:00 PM (Monday–Saturday) or 9:00 AM and 2:30 PM (Sunday) are delivered within 60, 75, 90, or 120 minutes to serviceable pincodes in our Kondapur / IT Corridor zone, depending on your area. Orders placed outside these hours will be processed the next time we're open. Check your exact delivery window using the pincode checker on our homepage or at checkout — we currently deliver only within our confirmed serviceable zones.

DELIVERY CHARGES
Delivery fees are based on your delivery zone shown on Porter/Shadowfax according to your order weight and quantities.
