How to Use

1. Select the Size — Match the pipe diameter (3/4 in or 1 in) and wall thickness (1.0mm/1.5mm/2.0mm) to your wiring load and local practice.

2. Cut to Length — Cut the 3-metre pipe to the required run length with a hacksaw or pipe cutter, and deburr the cut edge.

3. Join with Fittings — Connect lengths and fittings (bends, couplings, junction boxes) using PVC solvent cement for a secure joint.

4. Secure & Conceal — Clip the pipe to the wall/ceiling at regular intervals before concealing it in the wall chase or false ceiling.

FAQ

Q: Is solvent cement included?
A: No — solvent cement and fittings are sold separately.

Q: What's the difference between the 1.0mm, 1.5mm and 2.0mm options?
A: That's the pipe wall thickness — thicker walls offer more mechanical protection for the wiring inside.

Q: Can this be used for exposed/surface wiring?
A: It's intended for conduit wiring; check with your electrician for surface-mount suitability.
